1. Order Processing Time
Because we use a print-on-demand model, each item is produced especially for you.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on the printer or fulfillment partner.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.
U.S. Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available at checkout (timeframes vary)
International Shipping

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
We do not control carrier rates or additional fees.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

5. Wrong Address or Missing Information

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:

8. Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, buyer’s remorse, or choosing the wrong product.

9. Changes or Cancellations
We begin production shortly after your order is placed.
For that reason, orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production starts, no changes or cancellations can be made.
