Refund & Return Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made and printed specifically for each order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or other customer ordering errors.

 

Please Check Your Size Before Ordering

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing their purchase. Ordering the wrong size is not considered a product defect and does not qualify for a refund, return, replacement, or exchange.

Please review the sizing information provided on the product page before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or otherwise has a manufacturing issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Your name and order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product, design, color, or size due to an error on our part, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item you received. We will work with you to correct the order.

Customer Ordering Errors

We cannot provide refunds, replacements, or exchanges when the correct item was produced according to the order submitted by the customer. This includes:

Incorrect size selected, incorrect color selected, incorrect shipping information provided, or simply deciding that you no longer want the item.

Since your product is made specifically for your order, it cannot simply be returned and placed back into inventory.

Final Sale

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your order information, including the product, design, color, and size, and understand that all custom-made products are final sale except in cases of damage, defects, manufacturing errors, or an incorrect item being sent.
